half and half: Just the right amount of creaminess for a cup of coffee without creating an oily film. half and half is essentially equal parts milk and heavy cream, so you can make your own half and half if you like.
sweetened condensed milk: Use a standard 14 oz jar. adds a milky sweetness.
Vanilla Extract – This is optional, but definitely adds a nice layer of flavor to make it a vanilla coffee creamer. homemade vanilla extract is great, but a store-bought real vanilla extract will work here.

Pro Tip: For a low-calorie cream, you can substitute half and half with milk.

lid and shake: screw the lid on tightly and shake the cream until well combined (you can also whip it).
storing: Keep cream covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
