We’ve written about the benefits of cold brew before, but there’s a downside: you have to wait hours, if not overnight, for your coffee to finish brewing.
but this cuisinart coffee maker changes all that. It claims to brew up to 7 cups of cold brew coffee in 25-45 minutes, depending on how strong you want your coffee. Brewed coffee can be drained into the carafe by simply pressing a lever. and you can even remove the carafe and store it in the fridge.
Even cleanup is supposed to be quick, since the grounds are contained in the coffee basket and all removable parts are dishwasher safe.
