Party Planning Guide

all of our 2 hour party packages include the following:

a dedicated party hero. our party hero staff have been trained using the model of birthday university, the entertainment industry’s leader in party planning and events. Your party hero will guide your event from start to finish and make this the best party ever!
private party room or use of private facilities. used exclusively for your party during the period of time you choose. Primary color decorations are included. The party room can also be decorated with your choice of themed banners, tablecloths, plates, cups and napkins for an additional charge. (no glitter or confetti please)
personalized activities. We have many activities to enjoy at cafe o’play, including our smooth climbing structure, resplendent ballroom, sports court, gaga ball court, and eye play interactive game floor. your party hero will structure your child’s birthday to include fun games and activities.
food & drink. Our party packs come with pizza, juice boxes, and cupcakes for the kids. A host of food add-ons are also available, such as a fresh fruit plate, vegetable plate, or sandwich plate. click here for a full list of our additional options
supplies and decorations. We take care of everything! we provide all the necessary supplies and cutlery for decorative, primary-color, and birthday-themed parties.
no charge per birthday child. the number of children in each package does not include the guest of honor.

the mini partand. $349 weekend (Saturday only)

perfect for parties and smaller celebrations. includes up to 5 kids, free play fun on our smooth climbing structure, two organized activities led by the hero of the party, a large pizza, juice box and cupcake for each child. two additional child guests can be added at $15 each, more guests will require an upgrade to a super party. there is a party room with capacity for 10 people in total, adults & children.

the super private party ($515)

enjoy the exclusive use of cafe o’play just for you and your guests. includes up to 10 kids, free play fun on our smooth climbing frame, two additional organized activities of your choice, two large pizzas, plus a kid-friendly Honest Juice box and a cupcake for each kid. Additional guest children are $15 each. there is an installation capacity of 30 people in total; adults and children.

additional services for events:

Private Play Dates is a new event option we’ve created specifically due to covid-19. these allow up to 30 people to attend cafe o’play for 2 hours and have exclusive use of the facilities. Private Play Dates are intended for those who have a “pandemic group” or “social bubble” of friends or family they spend time with to limit their exposure to Covid-19. the cafe is open during these play dates for food orders and other customizations can be added as desired.

Private playdates are not intended for birthday parties. No outside food, decorations, or gifts may be brought in during a private play date.

private playdates, $300/2 hours

Do you have your own “social bubble”? a group of friends and their children that you feel comfortable hanging out with? Then consider coming to Cafe O’Play for some clean, indoor, family fun. private playdates last two hours and cost $300. during this time you and your group will have exclusive use of cafe o’play. the capacity for these play dates is 30 people and this includes adults, children and babies.

character playdates, $400/2 hours

Want to add excitement to a private playdate? Add a visit from your child’s favorite superhero, Disney princess, or other special character. We’ve partnered with Party People LLC to offer a variety of character options. click here for character options. characters will be confirmed, subject to availability.

Full facility rental, $475/2 hours

Are you looking for a great location for your next company outing? Need a familiar place for your church group to meet? Are you involved in a local charity or school and want to organize a fundraiser or special gathering? Is a family reunion coming up and you need a great venue for adults and kids? there are so many ways cafe o’play could be the perfect place to rent. the cost is $475 for a 2-hour rental, $150 for an additional hour, and the capacity of our facilities is 60 adults and children. the price includes staff for the supervision of the game. food packs can be added in the customizations section. alternatively, your guests can order from the cafeteria menu that will be open and you can also bring your own food and drinks.

Due to our strict cleaning schedules, no one will be allowed into cafe o’play before the start time and everyone must leave promptly at the end time. this will allow us to clean up extensively between games and parties. No outside food or drink is allowed during private play dates. our cafe will be open for full service.

You can use the playdate as a birthday date for your child and their friends. however, no outside food, decorations or gifts may be brought in and our award-winning birthday service will not be provided by our staff. you can buy our cupcakes to sing happy birthday.

All attendees must be healthy with no fever over 100.0, shortness of breath, or cough in the past 24 hours. waivers must be signed for all adults and children in attendance.
